Printscreen NSV

hi

i used the winamp plugin to record some video from the winamp programme which includes audio and video. however, i cannot print screen or anything!! it comes out to be black where everything else gets screened [my wallpaper etc] but not the picture which i print screened out of the video. does any1 kno how i can get it to work?

Preferences->Video-> uncheck "Allow hardware..."
