I NEED SOME MORE HELP BY STREAMING with NSV
Im using NSVGUI 7.
I just got it...Payed server and all thoose stuffs. now, when i open nsvgui7 i get that i need to enter host,port and some more "not important stuffs (what i know to do). Wich host and port do i enter? i entered host and port from my erver and i dont see my TV on the shoutcast TV on the winamp... I did got some videos in and it says streaming now when i press start...but i dont see me on winamp i need to enter winamp host maybe or? If yes,wich is it? |

You need to enter the IP address of the Shoutcast DNAS server You also need to enter in the port number that the Shoutcast DNAS server is accepting the source material on and the password for the Shoutcast DNAS server.

also sometimes it may take up to 30 minutes before you appear in the winamp media library.
The YP is not always instant in its updating. I notice that it shows the title of my track of like a song i played an hour ago . so just get yourself up and running and keep checking the winamp media library under shoutcastTV every so often. Check your logs make sure you are not getting a NAT error and that the YP is touching your stream. If it doesn't appear then check to make sure your stream is public not private. also what is your stream adress? |

If you want to run your NSV streaming station on a dedicated computer that does not need to be rebooted and can be left un-attended, then you need to run the NSV sourcing software on a virtual server.
