nsvcap A/V sync issue

im streaming with nsvcap

pinnacle wdm pctv capture card
SiS 7018 audio

320x240
24fps @250kbps H.264 (single pass bitrate)
44100 stereo
24kbps Raw Acc 1.00
min/max sync frame interval set at: 48 48

but the audio & video keeps going out of sync with the audio lagging behind the video no matter what settings i try works.

but was wondering the pc is connect to a wireless network could this be cause the sync issue as it streaming over the wireless network or does that sound stupid

cause i can watch tv on my pc with pinnacle pctv vision & it dont go out of sync

right ive finally mange to slove the issue after messing all day long here the results incase anyone has the same problem,

i change frame rate to 25fps (pal)

then went into h264/x264 config into rate control tab and change the following 3 settings to:

Scene Cut Threshold - set this to 2x the framerate
Min IDR-frame interval - set this 2x the framerate
Max IDR-frame interval - set this 4x the framerate

now it was still out of sync after this but what i did is changed the Min IDR-frame interval down 5 each time tried it till i got the audio & video in sync it ended up being 25
