Adding Cover Art to Files

Using Winamp, how could I add cover art to a file? I've looked through file info and didn't see anything. I'd rather not use two programs for audio playback. Thanks!

Winamp does not support Cover Art. Check the plugin section for some cover art plugins though.

Yeah, I'm aware of plugins that show cover art if the file is already tagged, but I'm assuming it's not possible to tag files with pics in Winamp.
