Always on Top Container / Layout

Hi.
I'm on programming a new WinAmp skin.
In this skin I have a container like the Main Window (with controlbuttons and songticker). Is it possible to set this container always on top or always visible even if the rest of the player is minimized?

I've tried it with the xml variable 'indesktop="0"' in the <layout> tag. The result was that the container was always visible, even if all other player windows were minimized, but the container was beneath all other windows of other applications I opened (FireFox, Editor, ...). The option "Always on top" from the Winamp menu changed nothing.

I think it can be done with a maki script. Maybe anyone can help me and give me some hints how to set up something like this?
