Windows Vista game browser

What kind of voodoo is required to add the installed program to Game Browser of Windows Vista? Is it simply some kind of an installer flag or does it require registering the game to some Microsoft's database?

[ Obviously I don't yet have Vista, but for compatibility I'd love to set things right already
