AAC+ and mono
Are they compatible? I have been experimenting with different bitrate/sample rate/channel combinations and can't seem to get aac+ to work with mono using the Shoutcast DSP 1.9 (Winamp)
Has anyone else experienced this? It would be nice to get aac+ working in mono to save wasting bandwidth at lower bitrates. |

My Orban Opticodec manual says it does mono at 64Kbps and down in AAC+ mode.
Your mileage may vary! |
