Looking for a recording plug-in

Hey I'm new to this but...
I have the AudioBurstFX plugin which, among other things, lets you change the tempo of a song being played. Is there anything I can do or program I could use that lets me record the song in a high or low tempo state that I manipulate using AudioBurstFX so I could save the altered songs?
