Intelligent Sound plugins initial release

Hi, everybody!

We've been developing some Winamp plugins here at Intelligent Sound project. This is an academic project - you can read more about us at our homepage:
http://www.intelligentsound.org/

We believe our plugins are useful enough to be released already.

The features that might be interesting to you at the moment are real-time genre extraction and searching for similar music. Please note that we don't perform any keyword-based search - our search technology compares sound itself, using the state-of-the art algorithms developed in our project.

When you play songs in Winamp, our plugins gather some information about the sound and upload it to our database. The information consists of artist, title and other metadata, which can be read from ID3 tags of your songs. We also calculate some coefficients concerning the sound itself. You can read more about this in our publications.

If you are interested, send yourself an invitation to the MiRocket system. The number of invitations is very limited, as we don't want to overload our servers. After you receive the invitation and you register, you will be able to download the plugins.

Hurry up!

What do you mean you can't get it to work? I have analyzed some reports and it looks like your username hasn't performed any searches. Please make sure that:

- you add songs to the upper list (e.g. clicking on your "Audio" in ML tree view and selecting Send to -> IntelligentSound)

- after you have songs in that list, you check the database status by clicking the "Check database status" button.

- you can only search for a song, if it has database status "We know it" (with a green checkmark). This is because without coefficients extracted from the song, we won't be able to perform sound similarity search.

- when a song has "We know it" status, you can either double-click it, or right-click on it and chose search similar option. When you do it, you should see the status message has changed to "Searching...". After a while search is done and you can see the search results in the bottom list.

If it still won't work, let me know which step fails and what status message is displayed.
