Where is the Shoutcast-Plugin?

Could anybody please tell me, where to get the Shoutcast-Plugin for Winamp (dsp_sc.tip)?
It seems that I'm too dumb to find it on www.shoutcast.com.
(Yea, I saw the "Download Shoutcast" link, but then, when I say I wanna use Shoutcast as a listener, only to option to download the latest version of Winamp appears...)

You only need winamp.
