Random read failure with Audio CDs

workspc Junior Member Join Date: Nov 2005 Location: Oregon Posts: 4	Random read failure with Audio CDs I am using 5.34 of winamp. I have HP Pavilian DV6000. When I insert Audio CDs I can play tracks 1 through 10 with usually no issue. Tracks 10 through 16 have random issues, and tracks 16 and higher usually unable to read. I have since disable the sonic engine in the cd audio plugin and in the rip options and now appear to have no more problems with reading audio CDs.
