i have a home network set up with a couple computers hooked up to some nice stereo's and want to sync all of them so that when a party breaks out we can have the same song playing throughout the house, i havent dabbled much with shoutcast, but if someone has done something simaler i would appreciate some help/advice as to how to do this, if you could email me i would appreciate it, the address is ken@gisco.net

Very easy to do jinx. Just make sure your Lan is setup to use TCP/IP. Follow all the instructions for setting up Shoutcast, and make sure you get a good MP3 Codec that will let you encode over 56k. Load up Winamp on all your computers, put in your server's IP address and you're cooking. I do it here at home and it works great. (Also helps me to monitor the quality of my Shoutcast stream)
