I run the GUI server console (1.6.0rc2) on NT4 with cable modem. I open the source plug-in (1.5.0b2) and click Connect. The server then scrolls the source info, registers with shoutcast, and is added successfully to the YP. The playlist and song title shows up in the Shoutcast Source window fine.

Now, when connecting (via same version of WinAmp), the listener stops buffering at 8192 bytes and the window sits idle. Originally, I set AutoDumpSourceTime to 0 and got this result. Changed this to 15 seconds and get now I get kicked off for "no data (15s timeout)".

I assume this means I'm not broadcasting correctly. Is that sequence above correct?

Even when the user Cancel's and attempts to reconnect, their previous attempt is still counted as a listener in the log's next entry (even after user closes/re-opens WinAmp). Not sure if this is related.

Thanks in advance.

You're connected, but the server isn't getting any data. Are you actively PLAYING mp3's in the source winamp?
