streamin pre recorded sets (audio n video)

I help run an online radio station streamin both video and audio and wondered if it is possible to stream the ripped sets from winamp on a live stream?

You can stream radio from a video file with out re encoding of the audio as long as your radio stream is set to broadcast the same format as your pre encoded nsv with audio.
