client socket error

<05/24/00@20:24:32> [main] error opening client socket! FATAL ERROR!

what do i do to fix this? any ideas?

Well, I got the same problem, I'm not sure what is wrong, but I think it has to do something with an Internet Connection Sharing program such as SyGate, Wingate, Winproxy or the built-in ICS of Windows 98 SE. I got this from the Shoutcast site, they say something about mapping a port, but I have no idea how to do that. Somebody help us?

I am having the same problem. All I need is the range of incoming response ports, and ICS can be configured. Can someone give me us this info?

Check your server config file...make sure you got the DestIP set to ANY...I had the same problem a few days ago.
