I believe there is an older thread with the same question, but it turns out that Winamp Full version has some plugins that have memory leaks get Lite.
Getting Lite helps but what really helped me was pressing CTRL + ALT + Delete and end tasking all the damn Creative stuff. I generally only have Explorer and Systray running, then I start my server and winamp. My station runs for much longer periods (7-8 days) when I do this.
