Open mic, and no music if Advanced Recording mode is enabled

I can stream music as long as Advanced Recording mode is off. If it's on, listeners can't hear music and my mic is always on so they can hear me no matter what. I have the SB Live Value, with liveware 3.0 installed. It's driving me crazy so can anyone help me?
