bit rate while broadcast
Hello everyone, i use shoutcast server and my client broadcast is use winamp normally my bit rate for broadcast is 24kbps now i want to change to 8kbps or 16kbps. can you tell me does winamp have plug-in to help me broadcast in 8kbps or 16kbps?
