I need help with my skin

Hi
I'm trying to figure out how winamp modern skins work.
I followed the official winamp.com tutorial, and ended up with a non-working skin.

I've checked the xml files for tens of times, and found and fixed some errors, but they seem okay now.

I'd be really really happy if anybody helps me.

here's the url of the uploaded .wal file;

this is how the skin was supposed to look like; (with minor changes on the buttons, and except for the contents of the screen that includes the song name, timer, etc.)

New users have links blocked out until they have 50 posts or so. Its to help make spam bots less annoying, or atleast means that they don't get anything out of their posts.
