ShoutCast API

Hey guys,

anybody knows, if there is an api / sdk for the shoutcast server? i would like to write my own program which connects to the shoutcast server, so that i can stream my music..

yes, i know.. there is already more than ones ;-) but the problem is, that they all dont have the possibilities i need... so i would like to write my own one..

anybody can help?
