if any one knows where or how i could find a winamp ver of bars & waves as found on wmp ide like the winamp ver for my winamp

I'm pretty sure there are AVS presets out there that are that simple. If not, someone can make them. BTW, do you mean a specific visualisation, or the entire bars and waves group?

Dude,

All of those presets in WMP Bars and Waves are on the main winamp window. You've got the bars, scope, fire storm and ocean mist! Normaly you have the thick bars or the scope. But if you go into preferences you can make the bars thin and then you have all of them. Plus you can go into double made to see them better, but to be honest... I'm too lazy and prefer new unique things. Also I have a really old version on wmp and those are the bars and waves I have.
