Plugin edit/submission broken again?

Trying to update an already submitted plugin.

The edit link brings me to the search page instead of the plugin submission page.

Can I humbly ask why this system seems to have been broken most of the time in the last 5 years?

Winamp Advanced Controls, the ultimate tray plugin!

the system is being fixed but it's been going slowly since the site changes a few months ago (which finally finished it off) due to a number of other site workings that have to be worked on (at least there is someone compared to the main part of the last few years).

as for the other question, maybe they don't like 3rd parties, maybe there's a massive lack of resources in the early days to work on things to get them fixed, maybe it's just a sign of winamp not being important, etc etc

when it's working there will be a post made (as has been the response the countless other plugin/skin threads over the last few months). i'm just glad i have nothing to do with the review process nowadays

Hmph. I just tried to update my plugin & got the same results. Does anyone have any news on this (hint, hint, moderators)?

Last thing i read said it was working just fine.

Try posting to the skin and plugin rip reporting forum where more capable people will be able to aid your submission woes (will probably require you to get your addon removed and reuploaded).

Nope-- I'm seeing the same behavior as the OP.

I'll try the rip reporting forum, but I'm surprised that's where you're sending me... what do rips have to do with this?

updates haven't worked for years, it has to be new submission only from my understanding though i don't know how the system works now so i can only speculate.
