I need relay or a server something for a french radio...

This is for a FRENCH RADIO i written this in english because there`s more english user on this forum ty.

Hi, i`m doing a 24/7 radio.. i have builded a
server - client thing so the only hosts that can stream to the server need to have a login and a password for him. If there`s no hosts for Monday 00:00 to 02:00 it will be a playlist. When the hosts connect.. if his password and login match with the one in the shedule then it wait for the end of the mp3 of my playlist and when its done it disconnect me and connect the host and its playing a mp3 for intro like : Your hosts for this 2 hours is .......... tadam!!!!
well i need a good server that can handle to be 24/7 and that can be fast to be able to handle more than 100 users

This radio will be a french radio, sorry if you wanted a english radio

becasue i`m french and where i live they are all french guyz

so...

I tested my program and it worked great now my server will start to work at 1st september i dotn really know yet the name of my radio becasue the old one someone stealed it damnit...... ok now... reply to this message ty

Look what i have done :
I builded a server program taht will play a playlist on the sc_serv.exe then if there`s an hosts " aka in french animateur " to stream to the shoutcast server he will not be able to conenct to the shotucast server exept if he connect to the server program with the client i have builded then it look what time is it and if password match. he cant change hte login so he cant log with another name. Then it wait until the song is done then it will disconnect the server and it go connect him. and plus it play an intro of him like PLZ EVERYONE WELCOME ..... FOR THESE 2 HOURS HE`S YOUR HOSTS.. when his 2 or 4 hours are done. then it ask him if he`s done or not .. it get the time left at the current song and then... it disconnect the client and connect the server right ahead . then the playlist start back. and i want to find something better than a cable to be the hosts of the server. So we can have more than 40 users... with my old radio i had more than 30 but on cable it sux becasue some ppl get wrong data... or lag.. etc... it why i`m trying to find a fast connection to hold the shoutcast server from shoutcast download system.
