winamp video window control

I'm looking for a way to control the winamp video window from another program. I'm looking to open and close it, resize it, and make it full screen (double click). Is there an SDK, plugin or windows message i can use?

I'm able to use WINAMP_VIDEO_TOGGLE_FS and WINAMP_OPTIONS_VIDEO. Is there a way to determine if the video window is open already?
