Greens can't be runny or 100% limp. There has to be a lil crisp to them if you want me to eat them.

Just some pasta with olive oil and garlic. It's the end of the semester, so no time for anything fancy.

I misspelt it! It's Arugula!!!
But it is pronounced Ah Rooo Gah Lah! It's a very Peppery dark salad leaf!Wonderful with gorgonzola, pear and walnuts with a raspberry vinegar!

leftover turkey, corn, mashed potatoes, and stuffing from Thanksgiving,
leftover steak, leftover chicken strips, leftover french fries, leftover rolls, leftover restaurant-mixed margarine spread, and water (not left over!) The second list of leftovers was from a Black Friday dinner we weren't that hungry for. Today I was very hungry and just went crazy with the fridge and microwave. Don't forget to live before you die.

What should we eat today Brain???
The same thing we eat everyday Pinky. Stuffed veal breast with sweet onions? NARF! note: most difficult part was getting the veal.

Veal kix ass - some of the best tasting meat you can get (when you get the good stuff, not the cheap frozen breaded patties, which are already not bad), but people tell me not to eat it because of 'inhumane treatment' given to make it. I have not researched it myself; I always thought it was the meat of an un-exercised young cow - is this correct, or is there more to it than that?

![]() How do you ensure it is free range? Two ways: 1. Ask butcher for a chain of custody. Trace it back to the range. 2. Most likely, 1 is not going to happen. Therefore, use science. Veal is technically any beef that has not been weened off mom's milk. A cow never getting the chance to eat grass and only having a diet of milk makes the meat (veal) white. A cow that has started to be weaned from mom's milk will naturally be eating grass to supplament the diet. When a cow eats grass, the flesh starts to turn red. If a baby cow has been caged and only fed milk, then it will be white meat. If a cow has somehow gotten fresh grass, the meat will be slightly pink. On that note, I do not believe I have ever eaten white veal. |

bacon wrapped chicken with some kind of sauce that Renee made,
baked potato & margarine, salad & store bought Italian dressing, rolls and more margarine, water, "three buck chuck" (Charles Shaw chardonnay - incredibly inexpensive but isn't terrible tasting), and more recently (a couple hours later), enough peanuts to require 5-10 minutes of shell vacuuming near the recliner, and some cran-grape juice to wash it down. you may have read that wrong - I said incredibly inexpensive. at Trader Joes it usually sells for $3 per bottle or if you get the case, it averages at roughly $2 per bottle.
Tonight: Casey's pizza with some Frank's hot sauce, Canada Dry ginger ale & ice, More Casey's pizza with more hot sauce, More ginger ale, etc. etc. Don't forget to live before you die.
