No video since 5.5

Ever since I've upgraded from 5.3 to 5.5 (which is just yesterday) I haven't been able to get videos from my streams.

I can hear the audio just fine, but when I try to watch the video it give me one of those 'mirror box' thing where it replicates whatever that's in the desktop and not the actual video.

I thought it was just me. Not sure what you mean by mirror box, I get video, but it's extremely choppy, because it keeps buffering, even on a local 128kbit stream

edit: in case it's relevant, the stream is VP6.2/AAC+
