Babelfish might be helpful for translating from English to German but it's completely unreadable the other way around.

I think that Rosa is trying to say that Babelfish produces mostly babel. I would assume that it's as good at translating English to German as it is for translating German to English.
Not that it helps much. I don't speak or read German, so I can't even offer useful tips. |

No GUI building tool with NSIS. It's a scripted tool.
