Displaying the current track on a website
Greetings!
I’m really sorry about this and I just want you to know that I did search the forums for the question I am about to ask. Unfortunately I did not find an answer. Some of the threads I found were from 2001 and I am sure things have changed. Again I apologize, but I really need to know how to get the current track from my stream to appear on my site… you now, the whole “now playing†issue. I know a tired request… Anyway, my site is in asp (classic) and I was wondering if there are any scripts out there for this. I did find a few threads that had this comment: Check out the Sticky post titled: SHOUTcast: Important Info & Answers to FAQs. READ ME! Scroll down a bit and look for the section titled: General SHOUTcast Information -> SHOUTcast ToolBox (All sorts of nifty add-ons for SHOUTcast) But I couldn’t actually find the resources. The above thread was from 2001 maybe it moved? Any help on this would be much appreciated, even just a simple link to get me started. Again I really did try and find this info before I asked. Thanks in advance! Admin, Radiolocal. |

php is the best way to go,
asp options are not really freely available. http://www.streamsolutions.co.uk/index.php?page=scripts |
