how to record tunes from the radio

I'm looking a plug-in for recording mp3 from webradio. A friend of mine told me it exist and work very well. Can u help me?

You are why the licensing agencies are such a pain in our ass. You are why the RIAA wants to see internet radio gone. You are the reason for the current royality increase that is damn near killing everyone.

I have more than 1000 audio cd and 500 dvd (so I've paied a lot of royalties) and I've contributed to make WB, Sony and other major richier and powerful.
Now I buy only cds from independent label and I like to record music from radio stations (in my country it's not illegal).
Instead to be so nervous do something to change.

P.S. It would be enough to write: "sorry, I can't help u, cause it's illegal in my country to record music on the radio, so, please, don't ask such a thing..."
