Zen V not recognized by Winamp

Hi, since a few days my 4 GB Zen V is no longer recognized by Winamp. It has the latest firmware and I have the latest Winamp version. I tried plugging in my Zen multiple times but Winamp doesn't show anything in the Portables section. When installing winamp I did enable Creative players support.

Why did it suddenly stopped working? It is recognized by everything else (Windows, WMP).

Thanks!

Did you enable "MS Plays for Sure" support in the installer? The "Creative" options is for much older devices.

Wow, thank you so much, it works now!!! I think they should make it clearer in the installer though. I thought that by "Zen" they also meant Zen V
