Web Player , Better kpbs video and Other solucion with nsv live capture

Hi!
I want to know if any of you guys are using other real time streaming aplicación than the nsv live capture from the nsv tools
Because i have a problem with my tv capture it looks to be just a Little bit bad tunned here is my showcast tv cuatrotelevision[DOT]tv
And i want to know if can have a better signal im now at 180 – 200kbps because im from mexico and my conexión upload goes at 256kpbs max.
Ooooo really one more thing xD
Who know how to trasnsmit on asx file or with a tv viewr in nsv visible at ie explorer , mozilla and safari?
