downconverting mp3s

I want to convert my mp3s (128,192,256) down to 56 so I can stream them. I'm kind of low on disk space and want to convert them, even though I know shoutcast converts them for me.

Is there a program that can do that automatically? (my OS is windows)

Doing this is realy pretty painless. Just use WINamp with the MP3 output plug-in. I have done this many times & it works pretty well.
