Maybe this is FAQ, but I cannot figure out how to display the "Now Playing" with the song title on SHOUTcast pages. I'm using the latest versions of everything, I even set TitleFormat='%s' thinking that would do it. Still Nothing. Any clues?
Thanks Brian |

Brian: I don't know if you'll get much help from the support people here (I know they never replied to me from two weeks ago) on the same subject, but I accidentally found out that there is a SHOUTCAST BUG that causes the now-playing title to disappear if you have a hyphen in your server password! I converted mine to straight letters-and-numbers-only and the song title (and the recently played list) started working just fine!

I changed it just in case that made a difference, but no good, I still do not display "Now Playing". We'll see if it fixes itself.
Thanks |

Are you using any plug-in chainers like Much-Fx? That will break the "Now playing" function.

Ooh, ooh! That could be my problem! I HAVE been using MuchFX or one of those other plugin stackers for some time now! I'm now using it to stream 2 streams at once with different bitrates. Is there any current known way around this problem? Does the current version of any stacker NOT break the "now playing" feature?
