Winamp toolbar

I don't know where this belongs to, but I am reporting for all that it is worth.
For unexplainable reasons, I decided to download and instead AOL Desktop, a strictly Microsoft based program with potentially good features. One of the things that it showed, after failing to heed me all the way, was a link to a Winamp Toolbar. I did not care to get it anywhere but in AOL Desktop, so, I did not download it. And, as everything else, the thing decided to install the toolbar in Firefox, but in neither Ie, nor AOL Desktop, and more noticeably not in Navigator9.0.0.6, and AOL product, no longer supported.
Par for the course, but, very irritating. Well, it confirms my login name.
