No Source

This is the first time i've tried this, and i can't get it to work. I run SHOUTcast DNAS but in the bottom righthand corner it says there's "no source", i'm assuming that's the mp3's i'll be playing so how do i fix this?

The server is waiting for you to connect a winamp broadcast to it.

Go to the greatest hits forum and read the shoutcast guide in there, also read the being a dj section of shoutcast.com
