iPod cover art (Winamp 5.531)
Hi. First of all, thanks a lot for working on Winamp, I love every bit of it -- it's getting better and better with each release.
Anyway, I have a problem with my iPod that I didn't have a couple of versions ago. When I transfer .mp3 files to my iPod Video, I can see that the cover art follows them just like it's supposed to do, and appears in the iPod media library view within Winamp itself. That's nice, but when I play the files on my iPod, the covert art does not appear at all. It only appears in Winamp. I've checked the option to transfer cover art in the Winamp options, so that's not the problem. I've also tried this with .mp3 files that have cover art embedded in their tags, and ones that don't have covert art embedded (using folder.jpg in the same directory as the files instead), but still no luck. Is there a way to fix this? I've tried resetting my iPod, restoring it via iTunes -- I've tried a lot of different stuff! The cover art appears when I connect the iPod to my PC again, in Winamp, but on the iPod screen itself, it does not appear at all. Does someone know how to fix this? A couple of versions back, I didn't have this problem. |

I have the exact same problem.
I recently updated to Winamp 5.531. I also updated to the newest firmware for my iPod (v1.3) Now I can't see Cover Art on my iPod anymore. So - who's the culprit ? Winamp or iPod update ? |
