Roger Wilco input

Ok, what I'm doing is running a talk show. I've setup my computer at work to act as a relay server to Live365, and I broadcast from home (I'm only on 56k @ home). I want to setup Roger Wilco or something similar to allow for Discussions. I want to set it up on my work computer (As the Talk Server). That way I can connect to my workstation, and broadcast out to my ShoutCAST relay. How the **** do I do this? If there is no possible way, is anyone intereted in getting together to write a Visual Basic program to accomplish this? Yes, I know VocaLoca does this, but it won't work with my firewall (ShoutCAST works fine!).
