I have been trying for 3 days to get my station on line. I have tried using setnine's support, but can't access it.

If this is a hosted server then they should have given you the information to set it up however post the link and we can see if the server is active,

then you will need a tutorial to set the dsp up.

if you cannot get support from your host then its time to change.

They did give me information to set up. I followed the instructions. Winamp shows me as not connected, but the disconnect button is also showing.

ok,
I got it going for mp3s that I uploaded, but I was trying to get the live streaming to work, and messed things up by deleting the mp3s from my site before I deleted them from the playlist. Now my transcoder will not work.
