Is this allowed?

Ok, so, I'm a developer on a 3D chat site and people have made flash widgets that allow us to have streams played in public rooms so everyone in the room can enjoy the music. We make a 3D mesh, derive from said flash product and add links to stations to an .xml file. The final product is then available in our catalogs "for sale", we receive credits in exchange for these items, not cash, if enough credits are accumulated, the credits can then be resold for money. My question is, is using SHOUTcast radio stations in these products allowed? If not, is there someone to contact in regards to this?

if you are using shoutcast stations make sure you have their permissions as a lot of people have licensing that may stop you from restreaming or using their stations.

That wasn't quite what I was asking. I was more asking how do I find their contact information? Whether it be phone number, or e-mail.

Most all of them have a web page, go there and see if they have contact info. If not check the stream info to see if they list a method of contact there. If neither of those then there is no magic way to contact someone.

No offense, but I would have thought this to be one of those extremely basic things that need not be explained.
