Plugin.ini file

Does anyone know where the plugin.ini file got to in Winamp 5.4? I need to update something in a plugin and the only way to do it is to edit that file.

If it's not in %ProgramFiles%\Winamp\Plugins (for shared settings for all users) then it'll be in %appdata%\winamp\plugins (for separate settings per user).
