Dolby Headphone plugin

This would have to be shareware, obviously, but that's not a problem for me. MMJB has/had such a plugin and if it can have one why not Winamp? MMJB, generally speaking, sucks so hard I'm not going back for the sake of the Dolby Headphone plugin.

The Headplug MKII plugin isn't half bad but it isn't the equal of Dolby Headphone, properly implemented. But there's the hitch, Dolby Headphone sounds drastically better on PowerDVD than it does on WinDVD or on MMJB. In fact, it's only on PowerDVD that it's really usable for music - i.e., does more good than harm. It sounds terrible for music on WinDVD and it is so-so on MMJB (sounds good with cheap equipment). My current problem is that Dolby Headphone doesn't operate at 44.1 kHz and has to be resampled within PowerDVD - as I've updgraded my sound hardware this has become untenable. For the few DVD's with LPCM stereo, it's like, woah... but the poor resampling makes CD's sound mushy.
