Audio skipping( checked the other threads but still skipping)

I am having prblems with my music skipping on my station when i listen to it.I know this has been answered before and I read it all and tried what I could from the answers but im still having problems. When I was listening to my station the music keep skipping and the player kept buffering too. I want to know is there anything that can be done for this?I have tried many of the answers so if anyone is willing to take me step by step I would greatly appeciate it.
