Winamp "Now Playing" window

Hi m8Â´s

My Problem:
When i clicking on the toaster over the Windows clock -->

comes this window -->

I hate this Window... in Winamp 5.00 was not the Now Playing Windows...

can i deactivate this?

Main Menu > Options > Notifications > never Show

Ok, so this is along the same lines but a different issue.

I cant see the Notification window when I am in full-screen programs (Games, RDP, etc) and aside from "Uncheck the Disable in Fullscreen" I dont know where else to look.
I am using the Winamp Modern skin.

Right now, I am trying to have it show in WoW while playing but it wont take :P
