Some videos crashing Winamp

I'm having a problem with certain flv videos crashing Winamp when I try to play them. I can play some flv videos perfectly fine, but certain ones always crash Winamp. All of them, the ones that play and the ones that crash, have been downloaded from Youtube via Firefox and the DownloadHelper extension. I tried this forum's search for a solution, but it isn't working properly (always asks me to download search.php).

I'm using Winamp 5.541 (full version) with Winamp Essentials 5.541. These same videos that are crashing this version played fine before I upgraded Winamp several weeks ago. I don't know which version I was using before, unfortunately (5.x, but not sure exactly which one). I've done a full uninstall and reinstall and the problem persists. I tried installing the latest SSE version of ffdshow before the full uninstall and that had no affect either.

Computer specs: WinXP Media Center SP3, Dell Optiplex 170L, Pentium 4 2.80 GHz, 1 GB RAM, ATI Radeon 9250 video card, DirectX 9.0c. There's more in the attachment - I included dxdiag.txt, my_plugin_list.txt, and a MediaInfo txt file for a video that causes the crashing behavior.

WinXP's error message says this:
AppName: winamp.exe AppVer: 5.5.4.2165 ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.5512 Offset: 00010ffa

If you need more info, ask and I'll see what I can provide. I was going to upload the video used for the MediaInfo file somewhere, but my internet connection is too unstable tonight. I can't get the upload to complete.
