errors when closing

i recently updated my winamp to 5.541
i run windows XP
the errors i recieve are when i close winamp
these are the errors:

The exception unknown software eceception (0x0eedfade) occured in the application at location 0x7c812a5b

The instruction at "0x00d036aa" referenced memory at "0x00e5c6b8" the memory could not be "read"

Runtime error 216 at 00D036AA

all these happen when i close winamp plz help
