depending on how many people you would like to stream video too you may need more upstream bandwidth as the t1 line at your temple may not be enough.

In these cases it is wise to use a dedicated stream host to provide SHOUTcast dnas server hosting to meet your needs.

As for video streaming itself other than the provided docs i surgest you try http://www.scvi.net.
That is a great resource for shoutcast tv and provides many step by step tutorials.

I'm not here right now - leave a msg after the beep...

Install the nsv software with the update, and make sure that the nsv software recognizes the video capture card.
www.scvi.net/liveenc.htm

You will use the VP3 and MP3 audio / video codecs. You can find out more information about configuring the VP3 codec here : www.scvi.net/vpguide.htm

configuring shoutcast server : www.scvi.net/shoutcast.htm

What are you streaming the video at ?

Try lowering the encoding speed.

What do you mean the picture doesn't come out right ?

If you stream is buffering, then your network can't support the encoding speed.
