Web Dev Test Platform Crashes

When I select the Web Dev Test Platform in the media library, it crashes Winamp with "Unhandled exception at 0x02661998 in winamp.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x00000000". If I let it go into the VS 2008 debugger, I can see the crash occurs at 02661998:
