Any way to normalize audio after transcoding?
When sending my music to a portable device I want to normalize the audio. I am using FLACs with replaygain which is great for a PC solution, but most portable devices don't support replaygain. That means I need something to normalize it. I just want a plugin that will take the mp3s that the transcoder spits out and normalizes it before the copy process.

My Creative ZEN player does absolutely fabulous playing the MP3s with the replay gain fine. (I know, I know...you're using FLAC files...)
Why not regurgitate the FLAC files into MP3 format. Most of my songs are MP3s (VBR 128~320kbps either 44.100Hz or 48.000Hz @16/24-bit) and I recalculated the replay gain and just copied them over.

Rockbox firmware is about the only thing I have heard of that will accept replaygain encoded flac files.
