winamp.ini file and hotkeys

Hi, in my winamp.ini file i see:

action1=ML: Show/Hide Media Library
hotkey1=1868

and

action9=ghkdc play/pause
hotkey9=1613

etc. is there a list of all actions available anywhere? i'd like to add
some more functionality in there like "Move song 5 seconds forward" and the like.

Just what's listed in the "Action" drop-down box in: Winamp -> Prefs (Ctrl+P) -> Global Hotkeys.
