Broadcast A Phone Call Live On Air?

Hello.

I use SAM4, And for my weekly show, i need my viewers to ring in, and i can broadcast them live on air.

I would be using www.sipgate.co.uk for the phone.

Anyone got any ideas?

Download Skype, they can call skype. Search on something such as youtube to find out how to configure sam to recording the call live.

Try the spacial audio forums for Sam support as they may have a proven method.

create auxillary deck in SAM , in your audio pipeline set the "MIC" jack as it's source . That way you can still have a musical bed to speak over if you just turn down your deck volumes. Only thing is the caller will only be able to hear you through the mic jack on the phone and not the mic from your computer.
